After 8 days, dozens of phone calls and more than 10 hours on those phone calls, our AT&T Internet service is up and running. We can finally read and send e-mail, retrieve mail orders and do all our shipping. There will be a follow up with AT&T on how this all transpired (or almost didn't) but it's working now! We appreciated your patience while this one part of the shop move didn't go as planned. Fortunately it was the only "bad" part of the move.
