Introduction
After being in our new space for 16 months we'd had enough of all the white walls. Too much white space can be a not-so-good thing. So it was time for a radical change. We needed to make the space seem less imposing, more friendly and way less stark. Plus, I turn 50 this year so I've decided that the shop will wear purple!
The job went much faster and better than we ever hoped. With the help of two paid crew (Eduardo and Francisco), my Design Divas (Haldis and Branwyn) and a host of helpers, we got the space 90% painted in two days. What remains will get done as soon as we can rip off some old, ugly fake brick and get some woodwork repaired.
